Our enterprise client in the tire industry is seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to support their team. This is a fully remote full-time, 40-hour engagement working EST hours. This role will focus on managing social media channels and supporting digital campaigns (primarily email). The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, comfortable with CRM systems, and has a solid foundation in email marketing and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Monitor and engage across multiple social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok
Craft compelling and well-written captions tailored to each platform
Align content with campaign timelines and business goals
Collaborate with internal teams to scale dealer engagement through social media
Light design skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)
Digital Marketing Support
Build and deploy email campaigns using Listrak or similar platforms
Segment and manage email lists using CRM systems (any prior experience with MS Dynamics and/or Listrak is a plus)
Extract and organize contact data for targeted outreach
Assist with campaign planning and performance tracking
Familiarity with Figma is a bonus, but not required
Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
Utilize CRM tools to analyze customer data and improve marketing efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing projects efficiently.
Write compelling copy for digital marketing materials, including ads, social posts, and landing pages.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
