Position Overview

The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales. This position will focus on partner marketing, retail merchandising, and managing marketing campaigns to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement partner marketing strategies to enhance collaboration and drive mutual growth.
• Manage retail merchandising initiatives to optimize product placement and increase visibility in stores.
• Experience in building go-to-market strategies, planning and execution across digital and physical retail channels
• Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and maximize return on investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner marketing and retail merchandising.
• Secondary language in Spanish would be nice.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaign management and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with partners and teams.
• Proficient in marketing software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
