Account Director- Influencer Marketing

Our agency client is looking for an Account Director - Influence Marketing, to join their team, on a fulltime basis, REMOTE.

You will be working on a large tech client. You'll be working EST.

Responsibilities Will Include

• owning and leading execution of client scope(s) and working alongside Client Services (VP Client Services, and/or Director, Client Services) to identify areas of strategic business growth.
• managing the on-time, on-budget delivery of client scopes, and prioritizing exceptional client service and five-star experiences.
• leading the development and implementation of overarching strategic direction for a diverse portfolio of social and influencer campaigns, from individual activations to long-term, relationship-focused initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and the agency's overarching vision.
• spearheading various key responsibilities, including influencer engagement, paid social, and measurement.
• you will drive creative ideation, manage briefs, cultivate and nurture client relationships, present concepts effectively, develop compelling presentations, and offer clear perspectives on trends that significantly impact our strategies.
• overseeing your teams' influencer marketing campaigns.

What You'll Need In This Role

• 6+ years of digital/social/marketing experience
• strong understanding of influencer marketing and expert grasp of social media platforms
• expert knowledge of paid and organic influencer tactics
• experience working with influencer management software (such as Creator IQ, Klear, Tagger, Upfluence)
• good understanding of paid and social amplification
• experience with Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School and/or Google Analytics
• experience with social media tools, ie. Sprout, Sprinklr, Hootsuite
• experience with CRM software experience, ie. Hubspot
