Lead Full Stack Engineer (Node.js, React.js, AWS)

We're hiring! Lead Full Stack Engineer - English Advanced - Remote

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or similar role 💼
• Strong backend development skills in Node.js with Prisma ORM (required) 🖥️
• Frontend experience with React.js and Next.js ⚛️
• Familiarity with Python (FastAPI) is a plus 🐍
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) 📊
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure ☁️
• Strong communication and leadership skills for mentoring team members 🗣️
• Advanced english level
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience 🎓

Preferred:

• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services 💸
• Previous leadership experience in a startup or high-growth environment 📈
• Contributions to open-source projects or participation in hackathons 💻

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure best practices in coding and software delivery 👨‍💻👩‍💻
• Contribute to hands-on development with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability ⚙️
• Conduct code reviews, implement automated testing, and drive continuous improvement 🔄
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to build technical solutions 🧩
• Optimize development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and overall team efficiency 🚀
• Ensure the use of modern technologies to align with company goals 🌐
