Great opportunity for a driven UI/UX Designer to join a growing London based Fintech. Reporting to the Product Design Director and working as a part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for working across all UI/UX processes and responsive design for this businesses multiple websites. You will additionally work on landing pages, emailers and general marketing collateral and advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate must have:
Proven previous experience in Web Design and UI/UX
A portfolio of crafted, contemporary and high-quality user interfaces as well as design systems
A meticulous eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach
A genuine passion for UI/UX and ability to take the initiative.
Key responsibilities include:
Having an intelligent and innovative approach to designing and maintaining websites
Creating Responsive Web Design and UX / UI for web pages and campaigns
Sprint planning and roadmap sessions across teams
Redesigning and branding website templates for new sites or online stores
Wireframing and prototyping, conducting data analysis and extensive information architecture
Designing new web components professionally structured within a design system
Research, concepts and ideas for future websites and web page solutions
Have a natural flair for typography, colour and layout
Initiative to think ahead, setup own meetings and work proactively
Mandatory experience
5+ years experience
Great communication skills and ability to plan in a sprint/scrum environment
Highly proficient in Figma (to build responsive library components and prototyping)
Key understanding of design systems, UX / UI
Understanding of HTML and CSS for taking design to development
Nice to have
Interaction design and CSS / SVG animation or motion graphics
Illustration, infographics and rich media banner design skills
Experience in exchanges and trading interfaces and payments interfaces
Key understanding of the payments and fintech space
