Full-Time Remote Marketing Assistant / Graphic Designer (Manila, Philippines)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, design-savvy Marketing Assistant / Graphic Designer to support our national team across digital campaigns, social media, and branded content in the signage and wide format print industries and architectural cladding industries.

Location: Manila, Philippines (Remote)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM AEST (Australian time)

Salary: 60,000 PHP/month (paid bi-weekly)

Start: ASAP

What you'll be doing:

·        Scheduling 3–4 Mailchimp campaigns weekly

·        Creating consistent, on-brand design assets

·        Designing hero images, reels covers, banners, labels + more

·        Scheduling 9+ social media posts per week

·        Uploading content to blogs, websites, and landing pages

·        Keeping our marketing calendar and asset folders in top shape

·        General administration tasks as determined by the Team Leader

What You Bring:

·        A formal qualification in Graphic Design

·        3+ years of experience in professional graphic design roles

·        A clean, modern, minimalist design style

·        Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

·        Experience with Figma is a strong bonus

·        Strong English communication and a self-starter mindset

·        Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

You'll work closely with our sales & marketing teams to keep campaigns sharp, assets organised, and our brand looking exceptional.
