Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for lead generating programs aimed at various target audiences. The Marketing Specialist will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of all programs by daily use of the analytics tools available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop two direct reports supporting field talent recruitment
• Execute and measure digital lead generating programs (SEM, social media, etc.)
• Provide weekly website metric reports via Google Analytics
• Monitor and report on KPI’s for all digital programs
• Increase our following on social media
• Leverage social media in the local market via community groups
• Execute and manage paid social media advertising programs to generate candidates
• Develop the strategy and plan for entry into new social media channels
• Support community management on all social media sites
• Manage Google Listings for all locations
• Provide competitive analysis reporting and make recommendations based on insights
• Manage website content and execute on SEO strategy
• Assist with online reputation management

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Communications)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Experience with Facebook Business and Ad Manager
• Graphic design ability is a plus
• The ability to take initiative and address potential issues proactively
• The ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities
• The ability to think creatively and be resourceful
