About Courted

Courted is the leading AI-powered platform for real estate recruiting, retention, and market intelligence. We help brokerages and teams understand agent performance, recruit strategically, and retain top talent – all in one place.

The real estate industry moves over $100B in annual commissions and it's still powered by spreadsheets, cold calls, and guesswork. We're changing that with data, workflow, and machine learning – making every recruiting and retention decision smarter. We're a high-growth SaaS company shipping fast, working smart, and building transformative tools for the next generation of real estate leaders.

We care a lot about the work and very little about titles. We debate ideas, not people, fix things in daylight, and try to keep a sense of humor while doing it.

The Role

We’re looking for a UI Designer with 5+ years of experience to own high-fidelity design work across our product.

This role is focused on visual design and interface clarity. You’ll be working from defined UX flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and product requirements – your job is to take that foundation and turn it into polished, intuitive, and production-ready UI.

We already have a strong UX foundation and design system in place. Where this role comes in is elevating the visual layer – bringing structure, hierarchy, and clarity to complex workflows, especially in areas where the design system doesn’t fully answer the problem.

This is an independent, async-first role. You’ll be expected to take a brief and run with it, bringing a clear point of view to design reviews and making thoughtful decisions – not just executing what’s in front of you.

What You'll Work On

  • High-fidelity designs for net-new product features
  • Translating UX flows and wireframes into clear, well-structured interfaces
  • Visual problem-solving beyond the design system – new patterns, layouts, and data presentations where needed
  • Interfaces for complex, multi-step workflows where clarity and usability matter as much as aesthetics
  • Engineering-ready Figma files with proper component usage, variants, and annotations for build

How You’ll Work

  • You’ll receive workflows, requirements, and low-fidelity designs from the UX and product team
  • You are not responsible for defining the UX, but you are expected to understand it and ensure the final UI makes sense
  • You’ll work independently and present designs with rationale during review
  • You’ll prepare final design artifacts for engineering handoff; implementation QA will be handled by the core team

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of UI/product design experience, ideally in SaaS or a data-heavy product environment
  • Strong visual design instincts – you can make something look excellent, not just consistent
  • Fluency working within an established design system, and the judgment to extend it tastefully when needed
  • Experience with complex product UI – data-dense screens, graphs, tables, dashboards
  • Expert-level Figma skills: hi-fi design, prototyping, component architecture, and clean handoff files
  • Comfortable working independently and showing up to design review with a point of view

What This Role is Not

  • Not a UX ownership role – you won’t be responsible for defining product flows or strategy
  • Not a pure execution role – we’re not looking for someone to just “make things pretty”
  • Not a marketing or brand design role – this is focused on product UI
