UX/UI Designer — Fully Remote

About this role

CoTrain is hiring on behalf of Sale Homebase, a centralized platform where sales teams access all their resources, track pipeline activity, and collaborate in real time. This is the design phase — you'll help establish the visual language, interaction patterns, and information architecture that shape how thousands of sales reps work every day. CoTrain is a vetted marketplace that connects companies with elite, pre-screened talent, so you go straight to real work.

This is a rare "define it from the ground up" seat — your decisions here set the foundation the whole product is built on.

What you'll own

• Lead the design of core platform modules: the dashboard that surfaces key metrics and next steps, the pipeline view that organizes deals by stage, the collaboration tools for sharing updates and feedback, and the resource library where reps find templates, playbooks, and collateral
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
• Establish a design system that scales across features
• Run usability testing with real sales users to validate your decisions
• Work closely with product and engineering to keep designs feasible and hand them off cleanly

Who you are

• 4+ years designing B2B SaaS products, with a portfolio that shows strong interaction design and attention to usability
• Comfortable with data-heavy interfaces — you make complexity feel intuitive
• You've shipped products end to end and understand the full lifecycle from concept through launch
• Collaborative and detail-oriented, genuinely interested in understanding user workflows, not just making things look good
• Figma proficiency is essential; experience designing for sales or CRM tools is a plus
