We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic Marketing Manager with a strong passion for digital engagement and community growth. This role is critical in amplifying coto’s presence across global social media platforms, localized activations, and influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller and strategic thinker who can conceptualize, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns while deeply understanding cultural nuances across diverse audiences. You will play a hands-on role in shaping how coto connects with women around the world through bold, empathetic, and impactful marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop and execute a global social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Drive content creation, engagement, and community building.
- Analyze and optimize social media performance through insights, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Stay current with digital trends and platform innovations to enhance brand visibility.
Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Manage advertising spend, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Experiment with new channels and messaging strategies to maximize impact.
Influencer & Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Execute collaborations to expand brand reach and deepen community engagement.
- Build long-term relationships with content creators aligned with coto’s mission.
Canada Market Activation & Events
- Lead localized marketing efforts in Canada, focusing on the South Asian diaspora and diverse communities.
- Conceptualize and execute on-ground events, partnerships, and cultural activations.
- Build relationships with local media, organizations, and industry stakeholders.
Data-Driven Strategy & Growth
- Analyze audience behavior, engagement, and retention to refine marketing strategies.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM, etc.) to track and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with product, growth, and community teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
- A background in community-driven platforms, digital consumer brands, or service businesses is a plus.
- Strong expertise in social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital growth strategies.
- Experience in campaign management, performance optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.
- Skilled in building impactful, culturally relevant brand narratives.
- Data-driven and analytical, with a passion for using insights to inform strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building with influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
