What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust data and/or ML services for our products, based on vast lakes of Cosmose data
Build and implement internal tools or prepare one-off reports for our data-driven decision and monitoring needs
Make our data or ML solutions available at scale, with support from our Software Reliability Engineering team
Design and run advanced A/B tests to assess the developed features or content recommendation algorithms
Maintain high code quality standards through proper design, well-structured automated testing, and thorough code reviews
Assist with the assessments of experiments and formulate recommendations as to the best course of action in product development based on data
Drive innovation by staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends.

What You’ll Need

Significant experience in software development with a focus on building and deploying scalable solutions. We work in Python, we like Clickhouse.
Excellent problem-solving skills, algorithmic thinking, and demonstrated proficiency in software design.
Passion for ML, AI, statistics, data engineering, and/or performance optimization.
Experience in relevant teams, and hands-on experience with big data processing or warehousing technologies, MLOps is a plus.
Interest or experience in infrastructure development is a plus.
A mindset for innovation and a passion for building impactful, data-driven products in a startup environment.
