About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team and help bring our campaigns and promotions to life — across both digital and traditional channels. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives that build our brands and connect with Filipino consumers.

This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who is eager to take on a wide range of marketing projects. You’ll collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Creatives, Merchandising, Warehouse) and external partners (event suppliers, retail clients, promo vendors), so strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

We are a small but committed team, and we value people who are proactive, trustworthy, and unafraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and trade promotions
• Coordinate with suppliers, retail partners, and logistics teams to support events, activations, and in-store efforts
• Work with designers and creatives to brief materials and check outputs
• Help write and edit campaign copy, social captions, and internal decks
• Support marketing reports, recap decks, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Occasionally visit stores, events, or activation sites to ensure proper execution

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, brand, or trade roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to figure things out independently
• Willingness to work closely with different teams and support a variety of projects
• Comfortable with basic tools like Excel and PowerPoint; Canva knowledge is a plus
• Able to write clearly and concisely in English
• Open to occasional travel or field work for events and store checks
• Knowledge of consumer goods or retail marketing is a strong advantage
• High personal integrity, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
