Job Purpose Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Digital Marketing Manager, to drive and execute digital marketing strategy and operational excellence for the Biosurgery division globally. This role will lead initiatives across digital engagement, analytics and marketing coordinator. The candidate will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams and global cross-functional partners to ensure aligned, impactful campaigns and processes that meet compliance standards within the pharma and medical device industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok).
  • Promote upcoming events, campaigns, and initiatives through paid and organic posts.
  • Monitor performance metrics and engagement rates; adjust content strategy accordingly.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
  • Support the development and rollout of digital marketing campaigns across email, social, search, and web.
  • Manage and maintain consistency across multiple digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams or vendors to implement campaign assets and messaging.

Marketing Coordinator:

  • Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of global congresses, conferences, and scientific meetings, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory compliance
  • Manage logistics related to event registration, booth setup, travel arrangements, and on-site support for congress activities
  • Support the development, scheduling, and delivery of professional surgical education programs, including webinars, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
  • Manage contract preparation, execution, and tracking for healthcare professional (HCP) engagements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of congress participation, budgets, and post-event reporting, including ROI analysis
  • Liaise with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution of congress and educational activities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing and marketing coordination within pharma, medical devices, or healthcare industries.
  • Demonstrated experience with global digital marketing campaigns and regulatory-compliant strategies for pharma/medical device.
  • Hands-on experience with web content management systems, digital advertising platforms, SEO tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
  • Proven experience managing congresses, medical meetings, or scientific events on a global scale.
  • Strong knowledge of professional education frameworks and healthcare compliance requirements (e.g., PhRMA Code, FDA regulations).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Experience working with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and healthcare professionals.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
