Senior Experiential Designer

Corso Marketing Group (CMG) is seeking a Senior Experiential Designer to support experiential marketing and brand activation projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can produce high-quality 3D models and renderings on tight timelines.

Projects often arise quickly, so the ideal candidate is someone who can jump in, work efficiently, and deliver polished visuals with minimal lead time.

Role Overview:

The Senior Experiential Designer will be responsible for creating clean SketchUp models and compelling Enscape renderings for experiential, spatial, and environmental design projects. The ideal candidate can work from plans, sketches, or conceptual direction and quickly translate ideas into clear visual representations.

This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a creative team.

Key Responsibilties:

• Build accurate and efficient 3D models in SketchUp based on plans, sketches, or creative direction
• Produce high-quality renderings in Enscape, including lighting, materials, and camera composition
• Translate conceptual ideas into clear and compelling visualizations
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from the creative team
• Manage multiple deliverables while maintaining quality and speed
• Deliver work on tight timelines, including same-day or next-day turnaround when required

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience using SketchUp and Enscape
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling and rendering work
• Ability to produce clean models quickly and efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Fully remote with reliable availability and responsiveness
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong professional references required

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in experiential marketing, environmental design, or spatial design
• Background supporting brand activations, events, or immersive environments
• Experience working in agency or production environments
