Position: Cycling Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cycling Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and focus on developing a marketing roadmap for cycling technology products that delivers a premium consumer experience. In this role, you will work closely with the COROS team worldwide to develop and execute marketing strategies to grow product education and overall awareness to ensure departmental growth.
Responsibilities:
- Continually gather actionable, product, market, and consumer insights
- Conceive and develop marketing plans and initiatives
- Write creative briefs and manage their execution
- Identify and manage external partnerships with athletes and 3rd parties within the cycling industry
- Lead product marketing and campaign efforts for cycling hardware and software products, from ideation to delivery
- Identify and manage events, opportunities within the cycling calendar to seamlessly integrate COROS products with target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including user engagement, user education, and sales, to ensure products are marketed to the proper audience
- Stay current on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies related to cycling products
- Work with internal global teams to ensure product messaging and marketing deliverables meet regional market requirements
- Manage cycling marketing budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in sports marketing, with a focus on cycling and wearable technology
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative writing, management of athletes, and successful campaigns with net positive KPI
- Deep understanding of cycling product technology, trends, and target markets
- Experience with managing a roster of athletes for marketing purposes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English with a secondary language preferred (Spanish, French)
- Ability to manage accounts by finding leads, negotiating, relationship building, payments, and deliverables
- Ability to develop and conceive plans/ideas into relatable content briefs
- Knowledge of the cycling industry, trends, events, athletes, and where the target market consumes information
