Job Summary

CoreView is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development, security, and scalability of our M365 security, governance, and administration platform. As a senior member of the team, you will drive architectural decisions, lead development efforts, and mentor junior engineers. You will work with a modern tech stack that includes C#, .NET Core, MongoDB, Elastic, Redis, MassTransit, Azure, AWS, RabbitMQ, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Drive software architecture for new features and enhancements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead the development of core platform functionalities and tooling, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle.
• Optimize system performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Enhance security measures by implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Expand internal libraries and frameworks to improve engineering efficiency and maintainability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies that can enhance productivity and product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with C#, .NET Core, and modern cloud architectures.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, MassTransit, etc.).
• Experience with databases and data processing technologies (MongoDB, Elastic, Redis).
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Proficient in English—capable of working in an international environment.
