Job Summary
CoreView is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing Campaigns, this role will serve as a central point of contact across marketing, sales, creative, and content teams to ensure all campaign deliverables are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have 3–5 years of experience managing cross-functional marketing projects and hold a PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum certification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and calendars for integrated campaigns across email, paid, organic, and social.
- Lead the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, design, content, and external vendors.
- Ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with campaign objectives.
- Implement project management best practices to improve team workflows, campaign delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively address any risks, roadblocks, or changes in scope.
- Drive post-campaign analysis in collaboration with marketing operations to identify key takeaways and optimization opportunities.
- Support Agile processes such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing project or campaign management, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Monday.com).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on execution.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a technology or SaaS company.
- Project management platform-specific certification preferred (e.g. Collaborative Work Management Certification from Asana)
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and KPIs.
