The Role — Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

You’ll work across the stack on our core platform, owning meaningful parts of the system and collaborating closely with the team to move fast without sacrificing quality.

You’ll have real ownership, make technical decisions that matter, and ship features that go to production quickly.

What you’ll do

• Design and build scalable backend services & APIs (Python, FastAPI / Django)
• Develop clean, performant UI components (React, Next.js, or Angular)
• Own features from idea → implementation → deployment
• Contribute to architectural decisions across backend, frontend, and data
• Improve code quality, testing practices, and system reliability
• Work closely with the team to deliver new capabilities
• Help scale the platform from MVP to a global product

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience shipping production web applications end-to-end
• Excellent Python skills and solid understanding of SQL and data modeling
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React / Next.js / Angular)
• Senior-level engineering judgment and pragmatic decision-making
• Comfort working with AWS or similar cloud environments
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
• Autonomous, ownership-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills

Nice to have

• TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL
• Docker / Kubernetes experience
• Exposure to digital marketing, analytics, or AI-driven products
• Startup or fast-paced product experience
