The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Director of Marketing who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and performance. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead all aspects of marketing and brand strategy while working cross-functionally with Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to fuel pipeline growth and candidate engagement. This is a high-impact leadership role at a company with big ambition—and the resources to back it up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of all marketing initiatives across the organization.
- Align closely with Sales leadership to develop demand generation strategies that convert pipeline into placements.
- Lead the evolution of our digital presence, including all websites, SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
- Build and manage a modern marketing tech stack, leveraging automation and emerging technologies to improve scale and targeting.
- Supervise all marketing campaigns—from employer branding to client acquisition to internal engagement.
- Manage our flagship Club Core Med incentive program and oversee all internal event and promotional efforts.
- Manage all conferences and trade shows, including logistics, promotion, and ROI tracking.
- Oversee marketing content and coordination for client RFPs, ensuring brand alignment and timely delivery.
- Drive creative strategy, content creation, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Serve as a key partner to the Talent Acquisition team in developing recruitment advertising strategies.
- Lead and mentor an internal team and external vendor network to execute on business-critical campaigns.
- Manage the department budget and establish clear performance metrics tied to business outcomes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in healthcare staffing and digital marketing to keep Core Medical on the cutting edge.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with leadership roles in staffing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare Staffing or B2B service industries strongly preferred.
- Proven success in aligning marketing strategy with sales and revenue goals.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation, analytics, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and technology-enabled content strategies.
- Inspirational leadership style with the ability to coach and grow a high-performing team.
- Strong communicator who can collaborate with executive leadership and frontline teams alike.
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and energized by building systems that scale.
