What you’ll be doing:

✅ Lead technical conversations and guide architectural decisions

✅ Mentor engineers and foster a culture of clean code, TDD, and continuous improvement

✅ Balance speed and scalability to deliver robust solutions

✅ Take full ownership from design to deployment in a DevOps environment

What we’re looking for:

🧠 8+ years in software engineering roles, ideally in fast-paced product teams

🔧 Strong Node.js/TypeScript experience and exposure to AWS

📐 Solid understanding of modern dev practices (TDD, CI/CD, Pair Programming)

💬 Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and lead with empathy

Experience with Nest.js, Terraform, or fiscal/tax domains is a bonus — not a must.
