Senior Software Engineer (Fintech, AI & Automation)

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000

Location: London, Remote (Full RTW for UK needed)

We’re hiring Senior Software Engineers to build scalable AI and automation solutions within a fintech platform that manages complex financial transactions. You’ll be hands-on with system development and innovation, applying AI to solve real fintech challenges.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop + deploy AI-driven features in cloud and local environments.
• Work with agentic AI, predictive modelling, LangChain, and prompt engineering.
• Build solutions that automate financial lifecycles (payments, lending, compliance).
• Contribute to architectural discussions and scaling initiatives.
• Collaborate with a small, versatile, and ambitious team.

What we’re looking for:

• Fintech or financial systems experience (payments, lending, banking, or similar).
• Strong Python + software engineering skills.
• Experience with AI/automation tools (LangChain, model hosting, prompt engineering).
• Open-minded towards Claude/Anthropic and novel AI approaches.
• Team-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
