The Integrated Marketing Director plays a critical leadership role in driving CORE’s brand presence, network growth, and market influence. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy that supports our business goals—fueling membership growth, deepening carrier partnerships, and amplifying the CORE story.

This leader operates at both strategic and tactical levels: building long-range marketing plans while ensuring excellence in day-to-day execution. They will oversee a small but growing internal team, manage agency partners, and drive collaboration across departments including sales, carrier development, events, and the Member Design Team.

The ideal candidate is a high-output, cross-functional thinker with a track record of leading performance marketing and brand-driven campaigns across digital, social, email, and events.

Position Overview

CORE is seeking a Integrated Marketing Director to lead the execution of member and internal marketing initiatives. Reporting to the CMO, this role is responsible for ensuring all marketing efforts align with CORE’s mission, values, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to support CORE’s member growth, carrier engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Maintain and lead a 360° marketing calendar that aligns with sales cycles, seasonal moments, and member opportunities.
Translate insights into action by staying on top of consumer and industry trends and integrating them into high-impact campaigns.
Own email marketing strategy across multiple verticals—including member acquisition, carrier outreach, onboarding, and events—with support from agency partners.
Partner with the Events Team to lead the marketing strategy for major brand moments like CORE Collective and Summit.
Oversee CORE’s social media presence, ensuring brand alignment, lead generation, and platform growth in collaboration with external partners (including editors like Edit Crew).
Develop strategic marketing briefs for member campaigns, partner activations, and internal initiatives.
Guide content development across channels, including SEO-optimized blog content, email newsletters, and thought leadership assets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Graphic Designer and Marketing Project Manager, to ensure timely delivery of brand-consistent collateral.
Measure campaign performance across all channels, analyze data, and optimize strategy for stronger engagement and ROI.

Required Skills And Qualifications

6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including cross-channel campaign execution and team or partner management.
Proven ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in email marketing, social media strategy, content development, and SEO.
Strong project management skills; experience with project management tool, Jira a plus
Events and trade conference marketing are a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for brand voice and storytelling.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset—comfortable setting KPIs, interpreting analytics, and making decisions based on insights.
Ability to wear a lot of hats and partner with cross-departmental peers to move projects to completion
