Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the marketing team by coordinating various marketing campaigns, assisting content creation, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving results are important to be successful in this role. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and will collaborate closely with both the marketing and e-commerce teams to contribute to the company’s growth and customer engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
MARKETING SUPPORT
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, & tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, digital ads, etc.).
- Content Creation: Help create engaging marketing content for use in various mediums such as email newsletters, organic & paid social media posts, display ads, blogs, and product updates. Assist in the coordination of photo & video shoots to build a brand specific content library.
- Asset Creation and Management: Work closely with external partners to develop and execute creative assets for use in a variety of online and print applications.
- Photoshoots: Manage the production of additional product and lifestyle content through photo and video shoots. Take the lead on storyboarding, location scouting and planning all shoot initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to support marketing strategies and ensure brand relevance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Assist in the creation and deployment of marketing reports to track the success of campaigns, measure ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Brand Management Support: Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity.
- Social Listening & Engagement: Monitor brand mentions and trends on social media while engaging with the community and responding to comments/messages as needed.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Team Support: Assist the marketing & e-commerce team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and preparing materials for meetings.
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized files and databases for marketing and sales materials, contracts, and reports.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the marketing and sales teams, ensuring seamless collaboration on projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, etc.).
- Able to work cross-functionally with creative, product, or sales teams.
- Experience with content creation tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a virtual team.
