Cordance is dedicated to accelerating the growth of vertically focused business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies through acquisition and long-term tactical and financial guidance. We're experienced operators and subject-matter experts with a passion for software and building businesses. We partner with founders to help them scale their businesses and realize their companies' full potential.

We look for businesses with strong leadership and high potential for profitable growth, and work together to increase year-over-year revenue, company efficiency, and impact. Cordance envisions that all companies we work with achieve their full potential. We embrace what makes each company great and build on those foundations. We believe in elevating a company as it scales, delivering dignity to the organization and its employees, and sharing a passion for building a legacy.

Cordance is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units within our Commerce, Compliance, Industrials, and Education Divisions. This role will act as the key liaison between each business unit and our external marketing agency to drive pipeline growth across the division's portfolio of products and services.

This is a fully remote role; all candidates must be based in the US

What you'll do:

  • Develop and lead comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business unit goals.
  • Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to understand target audiences, value propositions, and key business priorities to inform marketing campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, partnering with business unit functional teams and our external marketing agency.
  • Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and iterate based on data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner closely with sales to ensure campaign alignment, support enablement, and accelerate opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2+ years in campaign management.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple business units or products within a division.
  • Proven success driving integrated campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes (pipeline, revenue)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo (or HubSpot/Eloqua), Google Analytics, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation best practices.

What Will Help You Stand Out

  • Vertical experience in industrials, compliance, and/or education a plus
