What You’ll Do:

🔹 Collaborate with Our Global Design Team

• Work closely with our HQ Design Department to ensure brand consistency while adapting designs for the European market.
• Support European marketing initiatives, helping streamline workloads for the HQ team.

🔹 Create Engaging Event Designs

• Design banners, posters, and social media visuals for online and offline events.
• Develop visually compelling presentations and graphic materials that captivate audiences.

🔹 Design for Social Media & Marketing

• Craft eye-catching, audience-tailored graphics for European social media campaigns.
• Work alongside the content manager to ensure a unified visual identity.

🔹 Localize & Adapt Global Content

• Modify global design materials (print, digital, website) to align with European cultural and linguistic nuances.
• Coordinate with translators to ensure seamless integration of visuals and text.

🔹 Support Content Planning

• Work with the content manager to prepare and schedule designs according to publication timelines.

🔹 Design Stunning Presentations

• Develop visually engaging presentations for meetings, sales, and training sessions.
• Create templates and materials that European teams can use for various events.

🔹 Leverage Your Tech Skills

• Use Figma and Canva to design graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support video content creation by designing graphics and animations in collaboration with the content team.

🔹 Enhance Publishing Efficiency

• Deliver ready-to-use, high-quality visual materials that maintain a unified brand style across European countries.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing, events, or international companies.

✔ Fluent English (a must).

✔ Expertise in Figma & Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.

✔ Presentation design skills (PowerPoint proficiency preferred).

✔ Experience creating event materials (banners, presentations, promo content).

✔ Localization know-how – ability to adapt global designs to the European market.

✔ Collaborative mindset – experience working with content managers, translators, and event organizers.

✔ Strong time management & multitasking skills – ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic work environment.
