Your Mission
As the face and voice of Coolbreakrooms, you'll be our brand ambassador—bringing creativity, confidence, and charisma to everything you do. Your mission:
- Keep Coolbreakrooms top-of-mind in the refreshment and HR industries
- Create content that sparks conversations and drives traffic
- Support our partners and fulfill promotional requirements
- Grow our brand's presence across web, social, and community platforms
You’ll work closely with our CEO, brand partners, sales, and the Managing Editor of sister brand Vending Connection to keep Coolbreakrooms buzzing.
What You’ll Be Doing
📢 Content & Strategy
- Lead marketing initiatives that excite and engage
- Write blogs, craft the Breakroom Beat newsletter, and develop short-form content (and maybe a podcast!)
- Create and launch content on multiple social platforms
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar
- Track performance and apply insights to improve content
📸 Social Media
- Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
- Post 3-4 times a week with fresh, relevant, influencer-style content
- Engage with the industry community—comment, collaborate, champion
- Identify and coordinate with influencers and industry content creators
- Champion the hunt for awesome breakrooms to feature around the world (with help)
- Create visuals and reels
- Keep an eye on the latest trends in social
🖥️ Website & SEO
- Keep coolbreakrooms.com polished, current, and easy to navigate
- Understand and apply SEO best practices
- Coordinate with our designer and developer to build new landing pages
- Add service-area pages with the help of a freelance writer
✍️ Blogs & Newsletter
- Write 4 blog posts per month
- Manage external writers as needed
- Own the Breakroom Beat (currently on LinkedIn—transitioning to email soon!)
🎙️ PR & Outreach
- Track down and feature amazing breakrooms
- Collaborate with influencers, operators, and vendors
- Attends trade shows occasionally to represent the brand
- Brainstorm creative partnerships to boost visibility
