Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (5–8 years experience) to join our high-caliber development team. This is a full-time, remote role where you’ll be a key contributor to building our cutting-edge conversational AI platform.

We're seeking a hands-on engineer who excels in designing and building scalable cloud services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust microservices to expand our Conversational AI platform
• Lead by example—set a high technical bar and foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and data-driven decisions
• Bring clarity to complex problems, beyond just the technical scope
• Cultivate an open, inclusive, and transparent problem-solving approach
• Improve engineering quality, reliability, and internal tooling to help the team scale 100x
• Own decisions, operate autonomously, and make smart trade-offs with time and resources
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success is at the core of everything we do
• Champion best practices in security, DevOps, and site reliability engineering

Must-Haves

• A degree in Computer Science (BS/MS/PhD) and 5+ years of experience building and deploying enterprise-grade software
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core (preferred), with strong experience in C#, Go, Java, or C++
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with object stores, NoSQL, and/or relational databases
• 3+ years building and operating scalable cloud services
• Experience with conversational bots or machine learning is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment is a plus
