WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Define the User Interface and User Experience design direction of ContractPodAi solution: Incorporate AI-driven design principles to enhance user interaction and personalization
• Gauge the usability of new and existing features and make constructive suggestions for change: Utilize advanced analytics and AI tools to gather deeper insights into user behavior and preferences
• Design end-to-end user experiences from early wireframes and prototypes to final design: Implement modern design trends such as dark and light mode, micro-interactions, and 3D designs. Influence the user experience of products by formulating highly usable and intuitive products and features
• Produce polished visual design specs: Ensure designs are optimized for responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
• Iterate through design feedback from internal stakeholders and customers
• Conduct research to discover pain points and user needs and validate concepts using A/B testing
• Leverage analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the legal, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) market, and customer use cases to guide design decisions: Stay updated with the latest trends in legal tech, including AI and automation

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 5+ years of experience as an interface or user experience designer for mobile or web applications: Experience with AI-driven design tools and techniques is highly desirable
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work closely with various teams throughout the organisation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles to design a complete interface for functional, usable, appealing, and accessible features: Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI and user data privacy
• Ownership and accountability from concept definition to delivery
• Independence and leadership to influence design consensus and ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders effectively
• Ability to present ideas and specifications to a broad range of team members from different disciplines
• Ability to observe, understand and translate research into actionable insights for interface improvements
• Ability to evolve ideas into functional solutions that improve the overall user experience
• Proficient in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar programs. AdobeXD Preferred.
• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills to develop prototypes are a plus
• Experience in Legal tech experience, SaaS, and AI environment a plus
