Contractor+ builds an all-in-one app for contractors. They use it to manage clients, send estimates, collect payments, schedule jobs, and more. Think of it as the operating system for running a contracting business. We're a small, fast-moving team. Design matters here because our users open this app every single day to run their livelihood. A confusing screen costs them real money. That is the bar we hold ourselves to.

What's this role about?

You'll own the design for everything we put in front of users, across web, iOS, and Android.

This is a high-ownership role. You won't get pixel-perfect briefs. You'll get a problem and the trust to solve it. The bar is high and we keep it there.

"AI-First" means you already use AI in your daily workflow. Figma AI and Figma Make for layouts, Galileo AI for high-fidelity screens, UX Pilot for wireframes and flows, Adobe Firefly for assets, plus whatever else makes you faster. If you're already doing this, you'll fit right in.

Day to day, you'll:

Design UI/UX for web and mobile (iOS and Android), end to end
Live in Figma. Components, prototypes, design systems, clean developer handoffs
Create banners, ad creatives, and social graphics that don't look like templates
Redesign screens that aren't working, and prove the new version is better
Work directly with the CTO and engineering. No layers, no design by committee
Use AI to move fast. Concepts, layouts, copy, assets, whatever gets you to a better answer sooner
When there's no assigned work, dig through the product, find what's weak, and ship a proposal to fix it

What we're looking for :-

4+ years designing real products, not just coursework or concepts
You already use AI tools in your work. Figma AI, Galileo AI, UX Pilot, Adobe Firefly, or similar
Figma is home. You don't "know" it. You live in it
A portfolio that shows strong web and mobile work, with your thinking visible, not just pretty screens
Banners and ad creative that look designed, not assembled
You find problems and fix them without being asked. This is the part we can't teach

If you need a detailed spec for every task, or you go quiet when nobody hands you work, this isn't your role. No hard feelings.

Good to know :-

Salary: 5-12 LPA, based on skill and portfolio. Strong work moves you up the range
Location: Remote. Open to candidates in India and Pakistan
You report to the CTO directly
Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred. Up to 30 days is fine
You'll need your own laptop and setup. We don't provide hardware or a stipend right now
Time tracking: We use TeamLogger
Health insurance: Not offered yet
