About the role – Marketing Delivery Manager
You will manage the recurring delivery processes that bring CWP’s campaign plans to life: collecting partner information, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, preparing toolkits, populating websites, uploading films, scheduling social content and building email communications.
You will work across all CWP series, with priorities agreed with the Marketing & Communications Lead. You will also deliver agreed activities for CWP’s own social channels, website and newsletter.
You will take ownership of agreed work from initial instruction through to checked, confirmed completion: identifying the steps required, securing inputs, following up with others, resolving routine issues and confirming delivery without repeated reminders or step-by-step supervision.
You will maintain visibility of your workload, deadlines and delivery risks across concurrent series, looking ahead to identify bottlenecks before they affect delivery. You will raise capacity concerns, missing inputs and conflicting deadlines early with the Marketing & Communications Lead, explaining the likely impact and proposing practical options within the agreed campaign plans.

Website content and quality control
- Populate and update CWP and series website pages with approved copy, films, images, logos, links and metadata.
- Check content placement, formatting, completeness and consistency across desktop and mobile views.

Delivery tracking and process improvement
- Keep delivery boards, publishing calendars, approval records and checklists accurate and up to date, giving the team clear visibility of workload, deadlines, dependencies and delivery risks across concurrent series.

- Improve templates, checklists and repeatable workflows to support efficient delivery as campaign volume grows.
- Document processes and maintain clear handover records to support continuity during absences.
