Company Description

Content Lab is seeking a proactive, self-driven Senior Creative Manager to join our growing team in Turkey. In this role, you will lead the creative direction of influencer marketing campaigns, shaping how global brands show up across social platforms. You will partner with top creators to develop high-performing, social-native content that drives measurable impact for one of the world’s leading technology brands.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, someone who understands internet culture, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident leading creative across cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative strategy and execution for influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop clear, compelling creative concepts, briefs, and content directions tailored to platform-native performance
  • Collaborate closely with creators to refine ideas and ensure content feels authentic while meeting brand objectives
  • Stay ahead of social trends, formats, and cultural moments, translating them into actionable campaign concepts
  • Work cross-functionally with strategy, account management, and execution teams to bring campaigns to life end-to-end
  • Review and provide feedback on creator content (scripts, drafts, final assets) to ensure quality and performance alignment
  • Analyze content performance and iterate on creative approaches based on data and insights
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on creative best practices and platform understanding

Qualifications

  • Strong passion for social media, digital culture, and content creation
  • 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, influencer marketing, or social content development
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-performing, social-first creative concepts
  • Deep understanding of platform-native content (especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards
  • Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours when campaign timelines require it

Location, Hours, and Compensation

  • 100% remote (Turkey-based)
  • Full-time, 40+ hours per week
  • Flexibility required based on campaign timelines
