Senior Campaign Manager (Influencer Marketing)

Company Description

Content Lab is seeking a proactive, self-driven Senior Campaign Manager to join our growing team in Turkey. In this role, you will own influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, partnering with top creators to deliver high-performing, social-native content that drives measurable impact for one of the world’s leading technology brands. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and grow key client accounts, driving long-term value and expansion opportunities
• Define and lead influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs
• Analyze campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and present clear, data-driven reports to clients
• Oversee and mentor campaign execution teams, ensuring high-quality delivery across all creator-facing activities

Qualifications:

• Strong passion for social media and digital content.
• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or project coordination.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

• Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours when campaign timelines require it.

Location, Hours and Compensation:

• 100% remote work from home.
• Full time, +40h a week, potentially past standard hours if campaigns require.

Additional Information:

• This is a contracted position.

• We cannot provide work visas or sponsorship at the moment.
