We’re looking for a hands-on, mid-level Marketing & Growth Strategist who can execute digital campaigns and support business development. You’ll be responsible for running lead generation campaigns, managing content-driven funnels, and helping turn traffic into qualified leads and outreach into opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, understands how marketing and sales work together to drive growth, and communicates clearly and confidently in English (both written and verbal).
Key Responsibilities
🚀 Marketing Execution
- Plan and run organic and/or paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) as needed
- Build and optimise email marketing funnels and automation
- Manage the social media content calendar
- Assist in content creation (blogs, newsletters, landing pages)
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
🧲 Business Development Support
- Research and qualify outbound leads (LinkedIn, directories, etc.)
- Assist in writing outreach messages and proposal drafts
- Conduct direct outreach to leads via email, LinkedIn InMail, or other effective strategies
- Support lead handoff to CEO (or closers), track follow-ups
- Update CRM, keep pipeline data clean
⚙️ Growth Operations
- Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, MQLs)
- Maintain a growth dashboard (e.g. Airtable, Notion, or Sheets)
- Coordinate freelancers or ad vendors if needed
- Monitor competitor activity, keyword gaps, or BD trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or growth roles
- Experience working with or within a marketing agency is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with paid ads, email marketing, and social media
- Familiar with tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp/ConvertKit, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with CRMs like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Notion-based pipelines
- Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written
- Strong copywriting instincts and understanding of funnel strategy
- Experience with SEO, analytics, or marketing automation tools is a plus
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱55,000/month (depending on experience)
- Commission: 5% on net new revenue generated through qualified leads
- Bonuses: Quarterly bonus for KPIs met (₱10,000–₱20,000 range)
