Senior Web UI/UX Designer

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Website Designer to conceptualize and execute projects around website design, landing pages, UI/UX projects and graphic design. This role requires a creative leader with 5+ years of experience, proficient in tools such as Illustrator, and Figma. The emphasis is on Strong UX Design Principles. This is a 100% remote role.

What does the role involve?

-Develop visually appealing and user-friendly website designs.

-Create engaging landing page UI/UX designs that align with business goals.

-Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and test usability with stakeholders.

-Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system ensuring consistency across all website elements and branding.

-Design secondary assets including ad creatives, whitepapers, social media graphics, banners, website graphics, and UI elements.

-Hold self and others accountable to ensure tasks are completed correctly and only high-quality projects are delivered to customers

What are the skills needed to do this work?

-Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, heuristics, and usability best practices.

-Strong visual design skills including mastery of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

-5+ years’ of website design and creative design experience

-Experience using design software such as After Effects, Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

-Strong typography skills

-Excellent reading and research skills

-You have high attention to detail regarding correct spelling, grammar, and sentence construction
