At this time, we are looking for a driven, skilled, results-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis and help reach more possible customers, with whom to share more value, which means driving our online presence across various digital channels. (Yep, we think it's a mouthful, too!)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator with a clear understanding of Facebook/Meta marketing tools (both organic and paid), LinkedIn engagement strategies, YouTube channel management, and possibly Instagram marketing processes, likely more for physical products than a photo gallery of our company owner. LOL. This position will also be involved in creation and management of drip campaigns from our CRM and website elements implemented by our web dev/design team.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative strategy, technical expertise, work ethic, and team focus, with a willingness to take on what needs to be done and learn things he or she may not already know. The ideal scenario would for this person to dive right in and get started on achieving some rapid results, both in the likes and engagement side and the monetary revenue side from campaigns or ads. (Side note: If your process requires four months to achieve any results and you believe marketing and advertising are the same thing, this role is not for you). This role will work directly with Monica Wofford to provide both strategic and hands-on expertise in digital marketing. (and FYI, Monica has often been called a content machine. She's also not one to walk around taking selfies, so there's also that element. LOL.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Channel Marketing: Develop, manage, and execute unique campaigns with copy and company branded graphics for FB, LI, and possibly Insta, to increase engagement, reach, and conversions to purchase, with ads blended in with a higher ratio of content. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics. This must include knowledge of how to run, create, and launch Pixel Ads in FB as well as use of and implementation of Google Merchant Center and other Google functions pertinent to marketing.
Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design eye-catching, on brand, and appealing professional graphics for ads, social media posts, and website content where applicable, ensuring that all assets align with brand standards and marketing goals.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze digital marketing data, and prepare monthly reports for the team. Adjust strategies based on insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
SEO Insight, CRM Usage, Website Awareness: This role would not be solely responsible for SEO, our CRM, or our Website, however, this role will need to know how all three of those work together with any marketing efforts and will need to understand the elements involved so that he or she may give adequate and effective guidance to other team members.
YouTube Channel Management: Oversee and optimize the YouTube channel, creating and curating content that aligns with the brand’s vision and goals. Manage video uploads, descriptions, tags, and cross-promotion strategies.
Strategy and Implementation: Collaborate on content calendar and promotion calendar, planning up to six months of campaigns and promotions to occur at a time. Make recommendations on content creation and strategy, given target customer and audience. Create visually appealing posts and stories to grow engagement, while providing advice on trends and opportunities for the platform.
Sense of Urgency: Come to the role with a business and outcome focus. No business is willing to hear "it takes three months to get results" without wondering what on earth one is being paid to do if it's not getting results.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in Facebook marketing (paid and unpaid), LinkedIn strategies, YouTube management, Instagram, Google Analytics, and CRM usage.
