Since 2021, we’ve grown a vibrant global community of conscious consumers and become a trusted authority in thoughtful living — sharing stories and brands that inspire more intentional choices. Now expanding into physical products and e-commerce, we’re seeking a web designer-developer hybrid to help shape our next chapter online.

The Role

We’re looking for a Web Designer with a sharp design eye and strong technical skills — someone who can seamlessly blend storytelling, aesthetics, and commerce. This role is ideal for someone who understands how beautiful design drives conversion and who can work across both Webflow and Shopify.

What You’ll Do

Design and build elevated, responsive websites using Webflow and/or Shopify
Develop e-commerce experiences that are visually cohesive and optimized for sales
Collaborate on brand storytelling through layout, typography, and user flow
Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta data, tags, load speed, etc.)
Ensure seamless mobile-first UX and performance across devices
Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and site updates
Troubleshoot or fine-tune front-end code (HTML/CSS) where needed
Work closely with our brand and marketing teams on rollout strategy

What We’re Looking For

Proven ability to both design and build fully functional websites on Shopify and Webflow — from layout to launch.
1–5+ years experience in web design and e-commerce development
Strong portfolio of Shopify and/or Webflow sites you’ve built
Deep understanding of UI/UX, visual hierarchy, and responsive design
Familiarity with SEO, e-commerce flows (checkout, upsells, subscriptions), and CRM integrations
A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
