Web Designer (with E-commerce Experience)

We’re looking for a Web Designer who can do more than just build — someone who can design, develop, and optimize elevated websites that connect design, storytelling, and conversion. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in e-commerce, understands how to build for both aesthetics and functionality, and is fluent in platforms like Webflow and Shopify. A strong eye for design, clean UX, and a strategic mind for SEO and online shopping flows are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build visually compelling, responsive websites (Webflow & Shopify focus)
• Develop and optimize e-commerce sites, landing pages, and product pages that drive sales and align with brand identity
• Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta structures, tags, image optimization, load speed, etc.)
• Collaborate on brand storytelling and layout design across web experiences
• Ensure seamless mobile-first UX and fast performance across all platforms
• Regularly monitor, test, and update site features, plug-ins, and integrations
• Work cross-functionally with brand and marketing teams to execute seasonal launches, product drops, and campaigns

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in web design and e-commerce development
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing Shopify and Webflow websites
• Strong visual sensibility, with the ability to translate brand moodboards into engaging UI/UX
• Proficient in HTML/CSS and able to troubleshoot or tweak code when needed
• Understanding of SEO strategy and how design impacts performance
• Ability to design and manage e-commerce flows: cart, checkout, upsells, subscriptions, etc.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage timelines and revisions
• Experience working with product brands (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle), CRM/email integrations, or creative direction
