Software Engineer - C# .Net Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer with a strong background in ASP.NET, C#, and web technologies to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience in software development and a passion for building scalable, reliable applications that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development & Maintenance

• Perform daily programming tasks including application development, debugging, and enhancements for Connixt applications.
• Manage and optimize databases to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Conduct performance analysis and resolve software issues through proactive troubleshooting.

Team Collaboration & Project Contribution

• Participate actively in both new and existing projects by providing technical insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.

Customer Support & Technical Assistance

• Provide ongoing technical support to clients and internal users.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Assist in performance tuning and optimization based on customer feedback and usage analytics.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (highly desirable).
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development and system analysis.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET, C#, and Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with web services, XML, and relational databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical documentation and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage time and priorities effectively, both individually and in a team setting.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and Knockout.js.
• Experience mentoring other developers or leading small projects.
