Location: Fully Remote (Weekly team meet-ups in Dublin)

We’re partnering exclusively with an exciting beauty brand that’s shaking up the industry with affordable, high-performance products loved by consumers across Ireland, the UK, and the US. As they continue to grow rapidly, they are now looking to hire a Marketing Executive to join their small but ambitious team.

About the Role

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will play a hands-on role in delivering and executing the brand’s marketing strategy across retail, digital, social, and trade channels. You’ll bring campaigns to life, support product launches, and help ensure consistent brand messaging across multiple markets and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Manage digital and social content calendars
• Support brand presence across key retail partners
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to campaign reporting
• Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity
• Provide day-to-day marketing support to a small, agile team

Who Our Client is Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role (beauty, FMCG, or retail preferred)
• A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong interest in beauty, haircare, or wellness
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment – ideally a start-up or challenger brand
• Exposure to trade marketing and/or retail marketing is a plus
• Social media experience and a creative eye for content are highly valued
• Ireland-based with ability to attend weekly team meet-ups in Dublin
