As we continue to rapidly expand globally, we’re looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our family-oriented team, for a maternity cover. This will be a full-time contract position.

As Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting and overseeing the overall direction and strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals, and guiding your team to deliver strong social media campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement.
With a holistic, bird’s-eye view across all social platforms, this role combines leadership, strategy and hands-on oversight to drive delivery, while continuing to grow brand presence, visibility, and meaningful impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide leadership and direction to the Platforms and Partnerships Leads and their teams.
- Develop and drive overarching social media strategies across both brands.
- Oversee content planning, campaign execution, and delivery across all channels.
- Maintain and evolve brand voice and identity across platforms.
- Build and manage quarterly campaign calendars aligned with wider marketing plans.
- Define and track KPIs across platforms and partnerships, using insights to optimise performance.
- Lead collaboration with other Marketing Managers to align priorities and resources.
- Oversee influencer, partner, and platform collaborations.
- Guide community engagement strategies to strengthen audience relationships.
- Identify trends and growth opportunities to expand reach and engagement.
- Improve processes, systems, and team productivity (including CRM and tools like Odoo).
- Mentor and develop team members, supporting growth and performance.
About you
You’re a confident, strategic leader who brings structure and direction to a growing social media function. You love developing your team and helping them refine their craft. You balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution, keeping work focused and moving forward. Your collaborative approach allows you to work well across the broader marketing team, ensuring shared goals are aligned and delivered. You’re just as comfortable reviewing campaign performance as you are shaping long-term strategy.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Six+ years’ experience in social media, with strong expertise across multiple major platforms.
- Solid understanding of platform best practices and nuances, with a strong grasp of how content resonates and performs across multiple platforms.
- Strong experience, in leading and developing teams building capability and supporting people to perform at their best.
- A collaborative spirit, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance and reporting tools.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital trends.
- Experience with CRM systems and workflow tools (ODOO experience is a bonus).
