Sportswear Graphic Designer (AU Sublimation Printing Services, WFH)

Schedule: Between 6:00AM- 3:00PM

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Proven portfolio in sportswear/teamwear design with a modern, premium aesthetic (Experience with global brands like Adidas/Nike or similar is a strong advantage)
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (CorelDRAW is a plus)
• Solid understanding of sublimation workflow from mock-up to production
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Requirement: Portfolio showcasing relevant sportswear or apparel design work

Nice to Have

• Experience creating sales/marketing materials (PDFs, lookbooks, e-commerce visuals)
• Familiarity with 3D garment design tools

What You’ll Do

• Design cutting-edge multi-sport kits (Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Rugby, and more)
• Develop full brand systems: logos, colors, typography, patterns, and sponsor placements
• Create premium mock-ups (flat layouts and 3D/on-body visuals)
• Convert designs into factory-ready sublimation files (panel mapping, seams, bleeds, colorways, sizing notes)
• Collaborate with sales, production, and QC teams to deliver high-quality outputs
• Communicate directly with clients (in English) to secure fast approvals
• Contribute to marketing assets, lookbooks, and collection concepts
• Maintain organized templates and files for efficiency and scalability
