Graphic Designer - Part Time (US Health & Wellness E-commerce, WFH)

Work Hours: 20 hours per week, between 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PHT (Monday–Saturday)

What we are looking for?

• MUST HAVE 4+ years experience designing static image ads for Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
• Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in design and image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools for creative production
• Ability to create multiple variations of ad creatives for testing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Ability to research and develop creative concepts independently

What you will be doing:

• Create 1–2 static image ad concepts daily, with multiple variations per concept
• Develop different creative angles, visual styles, messaging, and audience personas for ad testing
• Design high-performing static ads for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
• Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into compelling ad visuals
• Research references and inspiration to develop new creative directions
• Refine and edit images to ensure brand consistency and high visual quality
• Use AI tools to support concept generation and design workflows
• Perform manual touch-ups and edits to ensure realistic product presentation
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and performance insights
