We offer a competitive basic monthly salary ranging from AED 3,000 to 4,000, with an exciting 5% commission on sales. With our uncapped commission structure, you have the potential to earn an additional AED 6,000 per month based on your performance. This means the more you sell, the more you can earn, providing you with an excellent opportunity to significantly increase your earnings.
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Managers with a proven track record in SaaS digital sales. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, expand market presence, and grow revenues in the UK and UAE markets. Based in the UAE, this role requires strong leadership, expertise in digital marketing and sales strategies, and the ability to work remotely and independently. (English language skills essential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive SaaS adoption in the UK and UAE markets.
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Identify and engage potential clients using digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation tools.
- Conduct online and in-person sales presentations to showcase Connected Safety Net's solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in SaaS technology.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and customer meetings when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record in SaaS sales and digital marketing, with a focus on international markets (UK and UAE experience preferred).
- Strong account management and sales management skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in digital media and marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, CRM software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and partners.
- Experience working remotely and managing independent workflows effectively.
- Knowledge of the SaaS and technology industry, with a passion for innovative digital solutions.
