About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Graphic Designer with proven experience in designing high-converting Facebook Ads. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing visually compelling ad creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and sales. Your work will directly impact campaign performance and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scroll-stopping, high-performing image and video creatives for Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audience, buyer intent, and campaign goals
- Translate briefs into compelling ad visuals across various funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Create multiple variations for A/B testing to improve CTR, CPM, and ROAS
- Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance
- Analyze creative performance metrics and iterate designs based on data
- Stay updated with Meta Ads best practices, creative trends, and competitor benchmarks
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads
- Solid portfolio showcasing ad creatives with strong conversion results
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and short-form animations is a big plus
- Understanding of direct response design principles
- Ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven marketing environments
- Clear communication and time management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with DTC, eCommerce, or service-based businesses
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and how creatives impact ad metrics
- Familiarity with copywriting for ads is a bonus
