We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our team on a 9 to 12-month contract and help us optimize data workflows and pipelines for marketing solutions. If you enjoy working with data, collaborating with different teams, and building efficient systems, this could be a great opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop scalable, efficient workflows to manage data effectively.
- Ensure reliable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to keep our data clean and accessible.
- Work closely with data architects, analysts, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and design smart data solutions.
- Implement quality controls and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability, staying up to date with the latest industry trends.
- Document best practices and processes to make data workflows easier to maintain and scale.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members—collaboration is key!
- Ensure customer data security and confidentiality, always staying compliant with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with remote teams, making use of the best tools to stay connected and productive.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or a similar role—ideally in a marketing or tech-driven environment.
- Proficiency in DBT, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Knime, and Python for designing and implementing data workflows.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA to track and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and database technologies (relational and non-relational).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and services like Snowflake, S3, or BigQuery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data challenges.
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and thrive in a remote environment.
