We’re seeking a creative and visionary Head of Brand & Content Marketing to lead the next evolution of our storytelling strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to bring our brand to life, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while unlocking high-growth opportunities through integrated campaigns, member-led storytelling, and insight-driven planning.
Role Overview:
You’ll own a unified, insight-driven content strategy that reaches, engages, converts, and inspires advocacy. You’ll lead a high-performing team spanning PR & Campaigns, Social Content, and Member-Led Content (UGC), while collaborating closely with other marketing, product, and community leaders to scale what works and deliver compelling content across the full customer journey. You’ll also bring experience in leading talent or ambassador programmes - making the most of our most passionate members, enabling them to become our most authentic storytellers and content creators.

Essential Skills:
- Proven experience leading brand and/or content teams in high-growth consumer or marketplace environments
- Deep expertise in content strategy and storytelling, with a clear understanding of what drives engagement, conversion, and loyalty
- Experience executing full-funnel campaigns across a mix of media, including ATL and digital channels
- Strong editorial and creative instincts, with fluency in multichannel planning (social, PR, email, in-product, blog, etc.)
- Experience running talent, UGC, or ambassador programs - and turning happy members into influential advocates
- Comfortable using performance insights to inform and evolve content strategy
- Track record of producing content that cuts through and builds emotional resonance
- Excellent creative judgement, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
Outcomes:
- Deliver and embed a holistic content strategy that guides messaging across all channels.
- Build and launch a structured, high-performing UGC and member-led content programme.
- Develop and execute a high-impact, multi-channel campaign strategy with 2+ successful campaign bursts.
- Align and upskill the Brand & Content team, with clear briefs, processes, and output ownership.
- Establish hyper-localised campaign strategy and implement scalable frameworks for creative production and distribution
Must know how to do already:
- Develop and execute end-to-end content and brand strategy.
- Manage and scale integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, and UGC.
- Lead teams in content creation, storytelling, and performance measurement.
- Run talent/ambassador programmes and leverage UGC for brand amplification.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across product, CRM, and design teams.
