The Digital Campaign Specialist will play a key role in executing multi-channel digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand. Reporting to the Digital Campaign Management team, the specialist will implement web pages, emails, and digital assets with a focus on quality, campaign flow, and customer experience. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, communications, and global digital teams to deliver impactful digital journeys across web, search, email, and social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (web, email, search, social).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign briefs and customer journey goals.
- Develop and publish digital content, campaign pages, landing pages, emails, and ads.
- Ensure SEO/searchability, quality assurance, and A/B testing of assets.
- Coordinate campaign launch timelines and manage deliverables end-to-end.
- Distribute campaign toolkits to regional teams and collect feedback for refinement.
- Track performance and support campaign optimization using best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing execution.
- Proven experience in multi-channel campaign deployment (web, email, paid/organic search).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with global teams.
- CMS platform experience (Scrivito or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Percolate, Eloqua, or similar digital tools.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and lead generation campaigns.
- Ability to consult on campaign strategies and optimize user journeys.
