About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and innovative Senior Manager, Paid Marketing to lead our performance marketing efforts across all paid channels with the goal of driving high-intent traffic to both our websites and sales center. You will play a critical role in customer acquisition, focusing on both online and inbound call conversions through strategic digital campaigns. You will work cross-functionally with creative, product and pricing, analytics, legal and sales teams to scale our paid marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and own the paid marketing strategy to generate qualified leads through digital channels, optimized for both website and phone conversions.
- Manage and allocate the paid media budget across platforms such as Google Ads Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver regular reports on key KPIs, revenue tracking, and goal attainment.
Performance Marketing & Optimization
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns focused on call generation (e.g., click-to-call ads, call extensions) as well as landing page conversions.
- Drive continuous testing and optimization of ad copy and creatives, targeting, bidding, and landing pages to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Implement and refine tracking across web and phone channels, including call tracking, dynamic number insertion (DNI), and attribution modeling.
- Stay ahead of trends in ad platforms, attribution, and privacy regulations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Define key metrics and KPIs for paid marketing performance.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to implement attribution models and reporting dashboards.
- Provide regular performance updates to executive leadership, with actionable insights.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Legal, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment, compliance, and performance.
- Coordinate closely with the sales/call center team to align campaign timing, call handling capacity, and lead qualification criteria.
- Partner with web development and content teams to optimize landing pages for quality score, conversion rate, and user experience.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in paid media/performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and delivering profitable growth.
- Demonstrated success driving call-based and web-based conversions in high-volume environments.
- Deep knowledge of paid advertising platforms (click-to-call as well as non-click-to-call campaigns), performance metrics, and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing attribution and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
