We’re looking for a well-rounded Director of Marketing to take the lead on growing brand awareness, driving campaigns, and supporting sales through smart, strategic marketing. You’ll wear a lot of hats — part strategist, part content creator, part project manager — and work closely with teams across the company to get things done.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll guide the overall direction but also stay involved in execution. If you’ve got a mix of digital marketing chops, leadership experience, and a knack for simplifying complex ideas, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and run marketing campaigns that help drive sales — across digital channels, events, and partner efforts
- Create clear messaging and content that speaks to our target audiences
- Coordinate with outside agencies and contractors to support bigger initiatives
- Support product launches with smart positioning and go-to-market plans
- Help shape the company’s voice through consistent branding and messaging
- Work with the sales and customer teams to align on goals and share feedback
- Track performance of campaigns and share insights to improve future efforts
- Build a small but strong marketing team and help them grow
What You Should Have
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in a B2B tech company
- Comfortable leading campaigns and rolling up your sleeves to execute them
- Strong writing and content creation skills — you know how to make complex things sound simple
- Familiar with digital marketing tools like email platforms, CRMs, and analytics dashboards
- Experience working with or managing external vendors and contractors
- Able to juggle multiple projects and keep things moving without a lot of hand-holding
- Great communicator who works well with people across different teams
- Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or identity-related tech
What You’ll Get
- A chance to shape the marketing function at a company that’s growing fast
- Supportive leadership and lots of room to experiment
- A collaborative, remote-friendly culture
- Competitive salary, benefits, and plenty of flexibility
