Position Overview
We are a fast-growing branding and marketing agency working across multiple industries including skincare, fashion, and IT/cybersecurity. As a Marketing & Event Executive, you will primarily focus on two key accounts (skincare and cybersecurity), while also gaining exposure to other brands managed by the agency.
This is a typical agency role where flexibility and multi-brand handling are part of the day-to-day. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to deliver campaigns, social media content, e-commerce activities, influencer collaborations, and event support.
1. Korean Skincare Brand – lifestyle-driven, focused on social media, e-commerce, doctor engagements, influencers, and beauty events.
2. Cybersecurity Brand – B2B-oriented, professional services, focused on LinkedIn, corporate events, and industry conferences.
Key Accountabilities
Social Media & Content Management
- Skincare Brand: Develop content calendars and posts across Meta, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu (reels, stories, influencer-driven content).
- Cybersecurity Brand: Manage LinkedIn content, blog articles, and thought-leadership posts aligned with B2B positioning.
- Monitor engagement, manage posting schedules, and respond to comments/messages for both brands.
E-commerce & Website Management
- Skincare Brand: Maintain and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, keywords, pricing) on Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon. Coordinate platform campaigns, ads, vouchers, and promotions.
- Cybersecurity Brand: Update website banners, product/service pages, and blog posts to ensure accuracy and consistency. Work with developers on technical fixes when needed.
Digital Advertising & SEO
- Plan, create, and optimize campaigns:
- Skincare: Meta & TikTok Ads (awareness, traffic, conversions).
- Cybersecurity: LinkedIn Ads (professional targeting, lead generation).
- Coordinate with agencies on SEO strategies, content approvals, and keyword planning.
- Review SEO reports and recommend actionable improvements.
Influencer & Media Management (Skincare Focus)
- Identify and manage influencer collaborations aligned with brand strategy.
- Handle outreach, negotiations, contracts, and product seeding.
- Liaise with influencer agencies to track deliverables and ensure compliance.
Event Management (Both Brands)
- Skincare: Beauty expos, roadshows, lifestyle collaborations.
- Cybersecurity: Industry conferences, corporate exhibitions, workshops, webinars.
- Coordinate with organizers, vendors, and internal teams for booth setup, activities, printed materials, presentations, giveaways, and post-event reporting.
Other Ad Hoc Tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, tech, sales) and external agencies.
- Support cross-brand projects as needed.
- Carry out other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably from an agency background.
- Comfortable managing multiple brands/accounts at the same time.
- Ability to switch between B2C lifestyle marketing and B2B professional campaigns.
- Strong organizational, communication and project management skills.
- Takes initiative and drives ROI through effective campaigns and marketing execution
- Thrives in a fast-paced agency culture where priorities shift across clients.
