About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and grow the marketing function across multiple brands and regions. This executive will act as the bridge between local brand needs, regional leadership, and a central marketing team, ensuring scalable strategies that drive measurable revenue and EBITDA growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a marketing team positioned as trusted partners for local brands.
- Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and General Managers to translate marketing into business outcomes.
- Lead integration of newly acquired brands, including transitions from external agencies to in-house marketing.
- Oversee marketing strategy for greenfield launches and market expansions.
- Manage standardization of marketing technology and website migration projects.
- Drive reputation management and Local Services Ads implementation across all brands.
- Optimize marketing and advertising spend while maintaining local brand identity.
- Translate marketing performance into actionable insights for operators and executives.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of marketing leadership experience in multi-brand, franchise, or distributed business models.
- Proven record of driving measurable revenue and profit growth through marketing.
- Experience in private equity–backed or fast-growth environments strongly preferred.
- Background in home services, construction, consumer services, emergency services, or restoration.
- Experience managing integrations, brand transitions, and greenfield launches.
- Strong ability to build trust with operators, communicate clearly, and simplify complexity.
- Hands-on leadership style; proactive and results-driven.
